Van Graphics

Partial Van Graphics Promote in Portland Oregon!

By | Partial Vehicle Wraps, Van Graphics

There’s nothing partial about our love for partial van graphics. We lose all impartiality because we know that partial wraps are the secret way to work with the colors of your van to make it look like you have a full wrap without spending full-wrap kind of money. Alko was in on the secret, so they contacted Specialty Graphic Solutions for partial van wraps.

What’s Alko?

Alko isn’t some sort of company that serves you alcohol while they clean your window covers, even though that’s a brilliant business idea, so we’ll say patent pending just to be safe. Anyway, Alko is based in Portland and services various Hunter Douglas window treatments, upholstery, and any other fabric window fashions throughout Portland, Vancouver, and the surrounding areas. With more than fifteen years of experience in onsite fabric care services, they’re a small, family owned and operated business that does everything inside of your home for an unmatched comfort level.

When an organization that does such a great job of keeping area windows looking their best came to us for vehicle graphics, we were more than happy to help. They had a work van that they used to travel to job sites, and they wanted a way to use it to show off their branding and attract new customers. Fortunately, our mighty sign makers knew just what to do.

What We Did for Alko

First, we met with Alko to discuss what they had in mind for their project. They wanted to catch the eyes of consumers and were willing to go big. We knew that partial van graphics promote in Portland, Oregon and recommended these graphics. The client thought that sounded rad, so we provided them with art proofs showing them exactly what their wrap could look like. Once they approved the designs, we got to work fabricating it.

In the design, we incorporated a lot of info. We typically like to keep wording to a minimum, but there are tricks for getting more info across. For instance, you can see that Alko’s logo takes center stage. Next, their number and web address stand out. Then, as you look closer, you get into the nitty gritty. This is the stuff that people stuck in traffic will have time to read.

Everything was printed on top-quality vinyl adhesive films specifically designed for use on motor vehicles using our state of the art large format digital printer. We also added a layer of vinyl laminate to ensure the graphics would be protected from the elements come hell or high water (or at least five years). Once the wrap was ready, we scheduled a time when Alko could be without their van for a few hours, so we could meticulously install the graphics.

In the end, Alko was completely satisfied with the work we did. Now, as they travel throughout their service area, they’ll cause consumers to get all self-conscious about how dusty their window coverings are. They better call Alko!

Brand with on Fleek Fleet Graphics in Vancouver, WA

By | Car Wraps, Fleet Graphics, Truck Wraps, Van Graphics | No Comments

At Specialty Graphic Solutions, it’s our job to stay abreast of the latest trends. After all, how are we going to provide our clients with recommendations that’ll keep them looking fashionable for many years to come if we don’t know what’s fashionable? In 2017, vinyl is in. Whether you’re out on the town or just keeping it parked at home, vinyl is the way to go.

Wait! What are you doing? Don’t head to the closest mall to buy up the latest vinyl clothing, unless that’s your thing. We don’t judge. We’re talking about making your fleet on fleek with vinyl graphics. Today, we’ll look at some of the ways you can boost your name recognition with fleet graphics in Vancouver, WA.

What Options Are Available?

Much like there are different styles of clothes, there are various types of vehicle graphics you can pick from for your fleet. But, unlike the fashion industry, the amount of material used is usually a good indicator of price. Here’s what’s currently en vogue:

Full and Partial Vehicle Wraps – Full wraps are either the Chanel or muumuu of vehicle graphics: they’re your most expensive option, and they cover everything. No other graphics grab as much attention as full wraps. If full wraps are out of your price range, you might consider partial wraps, which cover anywhere from 25% to 75% of your vehicle.

Perforated Window Vinyl – Vinyl window perf is like a mask for your car. It covers your windows. Before you grow concerned about your drivers getting in accidents because they can’t see anything, you should know that we only install window perf on rear windows, and the vinyl film has thousands of tiny holes that allow you to see out of your vehicle.

Spot Graphics – Your work van will look great in this season’s latest vinyl decals. Boost your brand recognition with decals showcasing your logo. Or, use spot graphics featuring enlarged photographs of your handiwork or top-selling items to really make a splash.

Truck Lettering – We all know someone who’s able to pull off great looks without breaking the bank. In the world of vehicle graphics, that someone would be truck lettering. This is the most affordable way for you to put your company name, contact information, and a list of products and services on your fleet. You can pick from whatever colors you want as well as matte, metallic, reflective, and neon vinyl styles.

Let Us Give You a Makeover

Without looking down our nose at you like some snooty Neiman Marcus employee, we’ll find the right graphics for your budget whether you have a fleet of two trucks or dozens of vehicles of all types. We’ll hook you up with professionally designed, fabricated, and installed graphics and lettering.

If you manage a fleet, the chances are you’re quite busy. So, let our mighty sign makers take care of every step of the process. We can evaluate your cars, vans, trucks, and boats and make recommendations that will fit your goals. Contact Specialty Graphic Solutions today for a free consultation on fleet graphics in Vancouver, WA.

Van Graphics for Mobile Service Businesses in Vancouver WA!

By | Van Graphics, Vehicle Graphics, Vehicle Vinyl Logos | No Comments

We’re not here to shame anyone, but there are virtually no situations where it’s okay to be naked in public. The only exception we can think of is if you’re a bear trying to steal picnic baskets. And, even then, you should have a hat and tie on. So, why do businesses let their company vehicles go around naked as the day they left the manufacturing plant? When you tastefully clothe your work trucks you promote your business while you drive. Craftworx realized this. That’s why they contacted Specialty Graphic Solutions for Ford Transit Connect van graphics in Vancouver, WA.

The Lowdown on Craftworx

No, Craftworx isn’t a ‘70s German electronic music band. It’s a mobile marine service company run by Nick Orr. They’re a fairly new enterprise and don’t have an online presence yet, so they rely heavily on word of mouth to attract customers who need help with fixing their boats and other nautical machinery.

When a business that does so much to keep local captains afloat came to us for van graphics for mobile service businesses in Vancouver, WA, we had to say, “Aye aye!” Without an Internet presence or physical location, Craftworx needed a way to attract new clients. They regularly traveled to job sites in their Ford Transit Connect van and figured the van could help get the word out. Fortunately, they contacted the right mighty sign makers!

We Went to Work for Craftworx

Our process is pretty simple. We first scheduled a time for Nick to bring his van around to SGS, so we could get a good look at it, take measurements, and do a little photo shoot. The van had camera skills that would impress Tyra Banks. We then got a vector version of Craftworx’s new logo from Nick. We had everything we needed to do an awesome job.

We first created a basic, professional design incorporating all of the info Craftworx wanted: their logo, phone number, and email address. Next, we cut and prepped the graphics in our shop. We then scheduled a time when Nick could drop his van off for a few hours. When he got back, his mobile advertisement was ready for the roads. Now, instead of a naked van, he’s exposing his brand using van graphics.

Why You Should Consider Vehicle Graphics

The best thing about these graphics is that they work for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week for several years. For example, let’s make a conservative estimate that your graphics last for three years (most last much longer than that). If you spend $500 for your vehicle graphics, that means you’ll have spent less than 50 cents per day over the lifespan of the graphics. That’s less than the change you scrape together from your car’s dashboard to pay for half an hour of parking at a meter downtown.

Are you ready to have your company vehicles market and brand your enterprise? If so, contact the mighty sign makers at SGS for a free consultation and quote on vehicle graphics!
