Push thru signs use a solid piece of acrylic that is routed into letters then inserted into the sign face. In this case, we used clear acrylic letters with a translucent green vinyl to give the sign the glow. The number 6 in the logo is clear acrylic with a brushed aluminum laminate face. This creates a halo-lit effect for just that element. The sign itself is a lighted cabinet. The led strip lights inside create a very even light distribution. The face of the cabinet had the same letters routed out so the acrylic letters can ‘push thru’.
